At this juncture, we are exclusively accepting orders from individuals who are residents of the continental United States.
Presently, we are delivering our products to customers residing within the 48 contiguous states of the United States, as well as the District of Columbia, directly from our warehouse located in Miami-Dade, Florida.
Regrettably, we do not currently offer shipping services to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, or the United States Virgin Islands.
Moreover, please note that we do not extend our shipping services internationally, nor do we accommodate APO/FPO/DPO or P.O. Box addresses. It is important to mention that we cannot assume responsibility for packages once they have been delivered to international re-shipping services after the initial delivery has taken place.
Processing Time:
We take 24 hours on business days to process your order. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will make every effort to fulfill orders promptly.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
