This handmade organic rice vinegar has a mild, slightly sweet taste and is rich in umami. Unlike mass-produced rice vinegar, which is made over a shorter period using artificial processes, this organic rice vinegar has been naturally fermented and crafted solely from organic rice.
As a result, it is less acidic than mass-produced rice vinegars and doesn’t need to be diluted as much with water. Though the fermentation process takes longer, it’s worth it as this method yields a pure and distinctly smooth flavor.
