Additionally, it’s enriched with organically grown onions, garlic, and apple cider vinegar, making a notable difference from mass-produced ketchups.
The producer, Sennari Vinegar Brewery, specializes in a traditional method that allows for the natural brewing of vinegar, using local water and slow aging over an extensive period. This results in a slightly acidic, rich in umami, and well-balanced flavor, with the vinegar flavors significantly contributing to the ketchup’s character.
To fully enjoy its exquisite taste, it’s recommended to use the ketchup as is, pouring it over dishes such as omelets, French fries, and fried chicken. It can also be mixed with barbecue sauces, dressings, or soups.
