Produced by Sennari Vinegar Brewery, it stands out for its conventional method of naturally brewing vinegar, using local water and slow-aging it over an extended period. This process gives the sauce a taste characterized by gentle acidity and rich umami.
The base of Organic Tonkatsu Sauce comprises organic rice vinegars and apple cider, internally crafted. Additionally, it includes a wide range of organically grown vegetables and fruits such as tomatoes, onions, and carrots. These quality ingredients, combined with traditional production methods, result in a superior flavor in the sauce: elegant, deep, sweet, and packed with umami.
